WORKSHOP IV ZERO WASTE APPROACH IN DESIGN EDUCATION
Debris Management- Recycling and Upcycling and the Formation of Spatial and Related Strategies

Scope and Contents
We are organizing the fourth "Zero Waste Education Workshop," which aims to make Zero Waste logic widespread in the discipline of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design and prioritize it as an approach among fundamental criteria.
The main theme of the workshop is the principle of 'Debris Management'.
Debris and its types formed after natural disasters, the removal of traces of debris and all kinds of its social and vital remains, the reduction and minimization of debris, its environmental impacts, the concepts of recycling, upcycling, digital wastes as well as the related issues are expected to be covered as priority topics in this event.
This workshop is aimed to address the Zero Waste approach with an interdisciplinary focus on the frameworks of 'Recycling' and 'Upcycling' and to identify new approaches that will allow the subject to be included in future educational programs.
Applications for the prospective workshop coordinators will be taken through the Application Forms as filled out and sent via e-mail to hu.ict.sifiratik@gmail.com The workshop coordinators will be announced after an evaluation process and the study groups will be determined following the participants' applications.
Study groups will be announced before the workshop.
Ideas and suggestions developed around the concepts can be presented theoretically as well as the conceptual schemas.
