Immunoglobulin replacement therapy (IgRT) is a cornerstone of treatment in primary immunodeficiencies (PIDs), playing a critical role in preventing infections, reducing organ damage, and improving quality of life. In this meeting, the indications for IgRT, key aspects of patient management, and common clinical challenges will be discussed through case presentations in light of current approaches and clinical practice.
