Since the adoption of the UNESCO Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights on October 19, 2005, October 19 is celebrated as "World Bioethics Day" with various events. The theme of this year's World Bioethics Day programs, which will be the eighth, is inspired by Article 16 of the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights, focusing on "Preserving Future Generations." A panel titled "Preserving the Mental Health of Future Generations" will be organized within this framework by the Department of Medical History and Ethics at Medical Faculty which also serves as The Turkish Unit of the Haifa UNESCO Chair in Bioethics, and Hacettepe University Bioethics, Education, Application, and Research Center (HÜBAM).
We cordially invite all interested persons to our panel, which will take place on Thursday, October 19, 2023, from 13:30 to 16:30 at the Cultural Center Red Hall on Sıhhiye Campus.
