One of the Life Skills: Time Management
12.12.2023 / Education

Time makes its presence felt relentlessly in unfinished assignments, missed meetings, backlogs of work, anxiety and even illness. While campus life gives us the opportunity to learn and grow, we are expected to take responsibility in many areas such as classes, friendships, physiological and psychosocial needs and hobbies. Fulfilling such a wide range of responsibilities can only be made possible with effective time management. Therefore, managing time effectively is an important social skill for meeting our needs, generating new ideas, achieving academic goals, allocating time for activities that we find meaningful and spending quality time with our family and social environment.

This seminar aims to help participants review their current approaches to time management, recognize individual and environmental barriers to time management, and become familiar with approaches to managing time effectively.
