"III. INSURANCE and CORPORATE LAW SYMPOSIUM " will be held on 20-21 October 2023, under the leadership of Hacettepe University Faculty of Law, with the contributions of the 4th and 11th Civil Chambers of the Court of Cassation, the Insurance and Private Pension Regulatory and Supervisory Board, and the Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies of Turkey. The programme will start with the opening speeches of our Faculty of Law Dean, Prof. Dr. Rauf Karasu, Rector Prof. Dr. Cahit Guran, Chairman of the Insurance and Private Pension Regulatory and Supervisory Board Mehmet Akif Eroglu and First Deputy President of the Court of Cassation and President of General Assembly of Civil Chambers Adem Albayrak. The symposium will be chaired by Mr Abdullah Yaman, President of the 11th Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation, Mr Ahmet Yasar, Vice President of Board of Directors of the Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies of Turkey, Mr. Suleyman Arslan, Member of the 4th Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation, Mr. Mehmet Tunc, Member of the 11th Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation and Prof. Dr. Hayri Bozgeyik, Chairman of the Department of Commercial Law, Faculty of Law, Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. The symposium will be held at Hacettepe University Faculty of Law Prof. Dr. Mehmet Yüksel Conference Hall with the participation of speakers and audience from many reputable institutions of Turkey. The symposium will also be broadcast live on the "Hacettepe University Faculty of Law Symposium" Youtube channel.
