SEMPOZYUM ON INSURANCE AND COMPANY LAW" will be held on 25-26 November 2022, under the leadership of Hacettepe University Faculty of Law, with the contributions of the 4th and 11th Civil Chambers of the Court of Cassation, the Insurance and Private Pension Regulatory and Supervisory Board, and the Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies of Turkey,. The programme will start with the opening speeches of our Dean Prof. Dr. Rauf Karasu, Rector Prof. Dr. Cahit Güran, Chairman of the Insurance and Private Pension Regulatory and Supervisory Board Mehmet Akif Eroğlu and First President of the Court of Cassation Mehmet Akarca. The symposium will be chaired by Mr Abdullah Yaman, President of the 11th Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation, Mr Ömer Faruk Aydıner, Member of the 4th Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation, Mr Atilla Benli, President of the Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies of Turkey, Prof. Dr. Rıza Ayhan, Chairman of the Department of Commercial Law, Faculty of Law, Başkent University, and Prof. Dr. Korkut Özkorkut, Chairman of the Department of Commercial Law, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration, Ankara University. The symposium will be held at Hacettepe University Faculty of Law Prof. Dr. Mehmet Yüksel Conference Hall with the participation of speakers and audience from many reputable institutions of Turkey.
