Ortaç and his team carry out R&D and P&D studies to meet the needs of our country in the defense industry, health and industrial fields, from basic sciences to systems engineering. For these purposes, it has a wide range of products, from medical fiber probes with a technology readiness level of 9, which are currently used in more than 50 hospitals in our country on over 10,000 patients, to portable high-power fiber laser destruction systems and laser pointer products for the needs of the defense industry. In addition to these products, we have produced the first active National Fiber in Turkey in the field of fiber and presented it in a suitable way for the needs of the industry and the defense industry. In the field of fiber laser components, we have succeeded in producing the system largely domestically and nationally by producing combination and sheath beam strippers.
