Corporate Human Rights Due Dilligence in Global Supply Chains in the EU and EU Member States

Whether or not companies at the top of the chain can be held responsible for human rights violations that may occur in the supply chain constitutes one of the most current issues in Europe, both normatively and doctrinally. In this respect, the relevant issue will be discussed in line with EU law and directives, and the consumer preferences dimension of the relevant issue will be examined. In addition, the KiK case, which is a famous example on the subject, will be addressed with the perspectives described above.
