A public interest training session will be organised to mitigate the risks of data breaches and phishing attacks aimed at our university's academic and administrative staff, as well as students, to foster an institutional security culture and to enhance technological defence against cyber threats. The "Cyber Security and Cybercrime Awareness Training", delivered by experts from the Directorate General of Security Cybercrime Department, will be held on 11 June 2026, between 13:30 and 16:00 at the Sıhhıye Campus M Hall.
Conducted as part of our institutional and social responsibility vision, this programme will methodologically address potential threats in digital environments, methods for combating information security breaches, and the legal and technical dimensions of cybercrime. The training is open to the participation of all academic and administrative staff, as well as students.
