This seminar will focus on academic ethics after an introduction to ethics and ethical issues in general. As in all workplaces, different types of ethical problems are encountered in universities. Ethical problems encountered in research and publications are among the most important of these. Especially the fact that all academic degrees are based on publications leads to many ethical problems in publications. Plagiarism, which appears in different forms, is one of the most important of these ethical problems.
