Hacettepe University Traditional Music Culture Research and Application Center deals with folk songs with the data of different disciplines in the 12th Conference of the 2021 Conference series. Thus, besides the cultural foundations in the formation of folk songs, the effects of social, historical and psychological contexts are also examined. The moderator of the conference, where PhD students from Hacettepe University Department of Turkish Folklore will be speakers, is HÜGEM Director Prof. Dr. Gülay Mirzaoğlu. Music performances by various artists are also included in the conference.
