At the 73th Anniversary of Universal Declaration of Human Rights Center for Human Rights and Department of Human Rights will organize a panel discussion on Friday, December 10, at 16.00, moderated by Prof. Dr. Cemal Güzel, Chair of Human Rights Department. Ass. Prof. Neşe Şahin Taşğın and Dr. Nermin Yaylal will deliver their papers on Poverty and Human Rights and “Human” Rights. Opening speech will be delivered by Prof. Dr. Harun Tepe, chair of the Center for Human Rights.
